Privacy notice
This wiki processes account, security, moderation, and content data so the site can function safely and so administrators can investigate abuse, spam, vandalism, ban evasion, and account compromise.
What we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash, role, verification status, and profile fields you choose to publish.
- Content data: page edits, uploads, soundboards, summaries, and moderation notes connected to your account.
- Security and moderation data: IP addresses, user agents, access/login history, failed login attempts, timestamps, and a browser/device fingerprint submitted at login or registration to help detect ban evasion and abuse.
- Operational logs: audit trails for admin actions, account changes, email verification, password resets, and other security-sensitive events.
- Optional analytics: privacy-focused analytics only runs after you accept optional cookies.
Why we use it
- to provide login, registration, password reset, and email verification
- to publish and moderate wiki content, uploads, and soundboards
- to enforce site rules, apply warnings and suspensions, and investigate abuse
- to detect suspicious activity, repeated evasion, spam, account sharing, and compromise
- to maintain service reliability, troubleshoot faults, and review admin actions
Moderation and ban-evasion checks
Admins can review detailed user security history, including every recorded IP address and user agent tied to an account, along with stored fingerprint hashes and overlap signals that may indicate shared devices or ban evasion. These signals are investigative clues, not automatic proof by themselves.
Sharing and disclosure
This site is not built around advertising or adtech profiling. Data may be shared only where needed to operate the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate abuse, or protect the site, its staff, and its users.
Retention
Content history, security logs, moderation records, and audit records may be retained for as long as they are needed for operational, security, moderation, evidential, and legal reasons. Because abuse investigations can require historical review, security records may be kept even after an account is suspended or deleted.
Your choices
You can choose whether optional analytics cookies run. Essential security and session measures still operate because the site cannot safely function without them.
